*You can choose your preferred delivery date and time slot (Same Day Delivery: 2pm-6:30pm, 6pm-10pm. In the next 7 days: 8am-12pm, 2pm-6:30pm, 6pm-10pm). Does not include outlying islands or Lantau Island. For Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Hong Kong International Airport, delivery time is usually in the afternoon. The courier company will try best to delivery during the preferred time slots. # The package will be delivered to the 7-11 of your choice. A text message with the package ID will be sent to your mobile phone when the package arrived. You can pick up the package within 3 days with the package ID. Flexible pick up time. 100% discreet. Avoid embarrassment collecting packages at home or office. ** Upon receiving your order, we will call you to arrange for the pick up point and time. The courier will notify you 15 minutes before delivery. Additional HK$120 delivery charge will be applied for MTR delivery to Hong Kong International Airport. *** If you are not available upon delivery, a notification card will be placed in your mailbox. Please bring your ID and the notification card to collect the package at the nearest post office or request to pick up at other post office online.
