UPGRADE TO VIP
All existing members will automatically become our VIP if the above requirements were satisfied over the past one year. You can log in and go to "My Account" to check your VIP status.
Your VIP privileges will be available for 12 months starting from the last eligible date of purchase.
Example A:
Alex shopped online and spent HK$1,500 on June 2nd, 2013. Since he has spent over HK$1,000 in a single purchase, he is now automatically upgraded to become our PRIVILEGE VIP and his privileges will be available till June 2nd, 2014.
Example B:
Lisa spent HK$2,500 online on June 2nd, 2013 and spent HK$2,500 in-store on July 2nd, 2013. Since she has spent HK$5,000 in a 3 months period, she is now automatically upgraded to become our GOLD VIP and her privileges will be available till July 2nd, 2014.

All Sally's Dollars in existing members' account are still valid and available to use on all orders. Please note that Sally's Dollar cannot be used in conjunction with VIP discount and Sally's Dollar will not be rewarded for any new purchase.

- After all payments of qualifying spend are confirmed, corresponding VIP status will be automatically granted and shown in "My Account" upon next log in.

- Bonus points issued have a validity period of 12 months from the date of issue. Rewards are issued in the form of E-Gift Cards. Rewards are automatically issued when 3,000 bonus points or multiples of 3,000 are accumulated. Balance of unused bonus points will be carried forward until the bonus points expire. Rewards will be issued 4 times a year as designated by Sally's Toy based on tier as at the time of issuance. Currency of reward is in Hong Kong Dollar. E-Gift Cards issued must be used within 3 months of issuance.
